“Helaas slechte ervaring. Van de ca.3 uur vd trip zeker 20 min zitten wachten (reeds klaar met benodigd materiaal)voor vertrek en aan einde nog weer 50 min omdat er onvoldoende vervoer was. Nauwelijks 1 uur gelanglauft. Kleding onfris en deels nat. Geen aanspreekpunt ter plaatse. Nog erger is dat Viator niet serieus omgaat met klacht en afschuift.”

“Kyle was a consummate professional from start to finish. He checked the forecast and offered to change me to a daytime tour since Northern Lights were unlikely (though I kept the nighttime tour). He picked me up and dropped me off at my accommodations and ensured I was aware ahead of time of any gear I needed to have (and what gear he would have). He was personable, accommodating and very patient (my first time trying cross-country skiing!). The scenery was incredible, and Kyle went out of his way to include certain touches to make the tour unique and ensure that I enjoyed myself. Definitely recommend!!”

“Our guide Utsav was fantastic! He was knowledgeable & very accommodating to our needs. He introduced the various attractions and the various faunas in the park. He also bought us to a few hidden spots to take nice pictures of the waterfall. The finale had to be the BBQ lunch. He prepared fire and whipped up a sumptuous meal with drinks to end the walk on a high. Highly recommended!”
